In this video I have clearly explained about the Intermittent fasting (IF) and how it helps for WEIGHTLOSS and how it is working in our body and mentioned the main disadvantages of intermittent fasting for weight loss

To achieve your goal in weight loss via intermitent fasting try maintain 16:8 schedule i.e.. keep fasting for 16 hours and have your three meals in 8 hours window , you are allowed to choose the 8 hours window of anytime of your comfort, in the 16 hour fasting time u can drink water, green tea and black coffee.

try to give plenty of water and sleep for minimum 7 hours and try to do any home exercise/ walking daily for one hour and also eat healthy to achieve your goal in weight loss via intermitent fasting.

Intermittent fasting is the best diet plan on comparing with any other diet plans like keto diet and Paleo diet plan.

Intermittent fasting will convert your body into a fatloss / weight loss machine if u follow intermittent fasting in a correct manner.
