Hey Family, in today I did a chit chat with me while I detangle my natural hair. In this video I wanted to give you all an update on my YouTube channel or starting another YouTube channel for my nursing journey. I also had a short storytime when we went to a hair dresser and she cut almost all my daughter natural hair off. I also discuss mom guilt that I will be going back to school, I will be a pre-nursing student, and then becoming a nursing student at the age I am being a stay at home mom/ work from home mom. The point of the video is to hopefully to be able to connect with some of you that are maybe moms, wives, stay at home wife, or a wife that is going after her dreams and own goals I feel like we all can relate sometimes being a mom it is hard to juggle everything and everyone but we have to put ourselves first at times. Curry-Spiked Tuna and Avocado Salad

From the usual tuna and avocado salad, we’ve added an antioxidant-rich powder– curry! This recipe is packed with protein, healthy fat and of course, it’s low in carbohydrates. The best thing about it is that there’s no cooking or baking involved. Very easy to make, it only takes about 5 minutes! 🥑🥗🥑🥗🥑

Ingredients:
6oz Albacore Tuna, drained
1/4 cup Avocado, diced
2 Tbsp chopped Celery
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Curry powder
Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Procedure:
1) Whisk together mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2) Fold in tuna, avocado, and celery.
3) Serve over keto toast or rolled in fresh lettuce. .
