Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oil
1 onion, medium dice
1 red pepper, medium dice
1-2 chili peppers – I used serrano (optional)
100 g Bastirma*
1/2 cup olives (black and green)
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon grated cheese

Note:
* Bastirma is a type of cured beef used a lot in Egyptian cuisine especially in preparing breakfast. They pair really well with eggs. In this recipe it could be substituted by other types of cured beef like pastrami.
