To convert this recipe into Plant-based, Vegan use non dairy butter & milk/cream or leave out ghee entirely from this recipe. And to connect into gluten-free substitute Rava(semolina) with coconut granules or gluten-free flour.

2 cups Almond Flour or 1.5 cup Almond Flour + 1/2 cup Coconut Granules
1 cup Keto friendly milk or cream
1/2 cup Keto Sugar (I use Monk fruit Sugar)
Optional Ingredients:
2 tbsp Broken cashew pieces
2 tbsp ground nuts like cashew pistachio
Few strands of saffron
1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom

Badam Halwa Ingredients:
1 cup Almond meal
1/4 cup Sooji (Semolina can be used)
1 tbsp Ghee
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Sugar free sweetener
Optional Ingredients:
1 tbsp Each whole cashew raisins
Few strands of saffron
1/4 tsp ground Cardamom (Elaichi)
2 tbsp Ground nuts like pistachio cashew
