This video is MY opinion and beginners’s insight on the KETO DIET & WOE(way of eating). I’ll give you my 6 week review and a few before and after preview pics. I’ve lost 12.2lbs in 6weeks!!! Most of the weight came off in the 1st 10days, honestly!!!

I was FAT and frustrated and decided to take action!!! I changed my eating habits and joined a gym. EXERCISE IS NOT REQUIRED TO LOSE WEIGHT ON THIS WOE but it does helps for overall good health.

It has paid off thus far and I will keep going. Don’t trust the scale but use inches as a better measure AND the way your clothes fit. You will definitely notice a difference, IF you stick to it, especially in the first 14days.

Remember, good habits builds CHANGE. It takes time, keep pressing!

DON’T GIVE UP! Even if you slip, even if you have a cheat meal, even if you make mistakes…just keep going…KEEP EATING FAT AND REDUCING THOSE CARBS!!! BACON, BACON, BACON! Lol!
