I Tried Intermittent Fasting with Keto Diet for a week and the results have me SHOOK!

Hi there!

Thanks so much for watching! First off I am not a health professional in any way and this video is just about my experience with intermittent fasting while on the ketogenic diet.

I am not under a doctors care due to not having any healthcare but like I said in the video I don’t want to be on medications and I knew I needed to take my life in my hands and start to make some changes.

The results I have had are incredible and I feel amazing! Now this is not a diet for everyone, a lot of people say it is not sustainable. I disagree from my experience but to each our own. Here are my results:
2 inches lost in my waist
8 lbs lost
Resting pulse rate down to normal
Memory and focus improvement
Blood pressure normalized
No cravings
Learning to have a different relationship with food.
Far less gut bloating
Inflammation from my Fibromyalgia has vastly decreased. As a result I am able to work out more often.
Healing time from workouts improved. Also longer endurance.
Eating less, fuller faster.
and much more.
*I will update on Monday next week to see what else improves.

I am just happy to find something that is working for me and I love learning about new ways to improve my health on my own.

Big thing for all of us to remember on any diet is please make sure to drink tons of water. Stay hydrated people!
