Hello guys!!!
So sorry haven’t release much in the past weeks i was so late but ill update more now thank you all for sticking with me.

In this video i wanna share something very important which is the start of the Ketogenic diet with Intermittent Fasting…

Pretty much if your on a Ketogenic diet you’ll be able to burn fat for fuel faster on ketosis and your body will choose your own BODYFAT. This is what i am for since i think i plateaued and i need something different…
I also wanna share day by day, how i feel which means i will let you guys the symptoms of the ketogenic diet and how is affecting my own body..
I always have been relying on carbohydrates and now I am cutting them out to 20g per day and upping the fats hoping this will help me to be in Ketosis and burn fat over the next 4 months forward.

Hopefully you guys stick with me for this since i want to also share my experience and trying to see if this is for me or not.
