I use my air fryer all the time for breakfast because I can throw in some food, turn the dial, and walk away. Ten minutes later, I walk back and breakfast is ready.

The possibilities are endless when it comes to the foods you can cook in an air fryer. These are three easy keto recipes you can make in the morning in your air fryer.

In this video, I show you how to make air fryer hard boiled eggs. These can be ready in about 15 minutes. I also show you how to make air fryer sausages, which is my favorite go to breakfast food in the morning.

And last, I have a recipe for air fryer pancakes. This is a keto pancake that can be mixed in the blender and cooked in a air fryer baking dish or silicon dish from www.silipint.com These keto pancakes cook up thicker and fluffier than your normal pancake. They remind of me dutch baby pancakes. Sure, it’s faster to make pancakes on a griddle, but the benefit of the air fryer is that you can drop in your food and walk away without monitoring it. So you can take a shower, make lunches or go for a walk while your breakfast cooks in the air fryer.

Layer eggs on a metal rack or trivet in the air fryer. Cook at 260 degrees for 13 – 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cracking.

AIR FRYER SAUSAGES
Cook sausage links or any type of sausage at 360 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes. May need more for thicker sausages. May need to turn or rotate halfway through for thicker sausages.
