This is a new bun recipe I’ve been playing around with. I really like the texture and taste of this recipe. I use it on my burgers and sandwiches.

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 Tbsp of fat (I used butter and bacon fat)
4 Tbsp of pork Panko or pork rind crumbs
1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tsp ground flaxseed
1/2 Tbsp psyllium husk
1/2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp Sea salt
1 Tsp Arrow root flour
1/8 Tsp xanthan gum

Steps

Preheat your oven to 350°F
Combined all your ingredients in a bowl
Mix by hand until well combined
Allow to rest for 1 to 2 minutes
Pour bun mixture into mold
Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
Allow to cool before cutting
Use as desired and enjoy.
