The much-awaited meal prep video is here! Cook along with me as I make 3 meal preps for the week to help me stay on-track with keto.

This is a real-life look into how I meal prep on the weekends. My kitchen is NOT as organized or as beautiful as what many people have, but I make it work! I cook all of these things at the same time, and I finished all of the meal prep in about an hour and a half. That’s a big time saver when you consider how long it’ll take to cook these things every day throughout the week (and clean the dishes each day) instead!
