This is such a wonderful way to take those daily Keto egg mornings and make them into an extra delicious experience! I love omelettes in the morning when on Keto and since I work from a home office…making them is a breeze. They work very well when I am traveling or will be out most of the morning.

This recipe is fast, easy and perfect for Keto Meal Prep! You whip them up fast and pop them in containers on the go! They are so filling and can make up to 12 muffins, so it is perfect for a 5 day Prep!

Note: I mentioned Olive oil at the beginning. We have a non pork eater in the house so I used turkey sausage. It does not produce enough Keto happy fats, so I added butter and olive oil to the meat and onions at the start. 🌺
