Keto Diet Leg Cramps

Today is day 3 on the keto diet and last night was a bit of a nightmare. Holy Leg Cramp Batman! It’s still super tight even though I stretched it out and exercised etc. I didn’t know it was a common issue when you start keto but apparently adding more salt and drinking more water is supposed to help. Here’s hoping because if this keeps up, I’m not sure I can stay with it. I’ll keep you posted.
