Hello everyone, and thank for stopping by! In this video, I’ll update you on my week 3 results, and prep THREE meals for the upcoming week. Recipes below!

Crock-Pot Taco Soup (combine, cook for 4-6 hours on low, enjoy!)

2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons onion flakes optional
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. cumin
12 ounces cream cheese
20 ounces diced tomatoes with chilis (Rotel)
32 ounces beef bone broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp garlic salt

Optional toppings: sour cream, sliced black olives, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeno peppers

Shrimp Salad

1 large bag shrimp – peeled, deveined, cooked, drained, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. reduced-sugar ketchup
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps – make sauce with all but first and last ingredients, and combine with cooked chicken. Serve in lettuce wraps (last ingredient).

2 lbs. ground chicken, sauteed and drained
1/4 cup Bragg’s liquid aminos
5 tbsp. white wine vinegar
4 packs of Stevia
1/4 cup almond butter (low sugar)
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
5 green onions, diced
1 tbsp. dried ginger
2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
2 heads of butter lettuce (for wraps)
