This is week one of my Keto Diet. I have been trying to lose weight for the 2018 fishing season. In this video I talk about what I have been eating and the struggles I’v had during this week. I lost 11 lbs my first week. and hope to lose much more. I went from 285 to 274. My first goal is 250. Tell us what you struggle with when you are on a diet.
