Hey youtube fam welcome to another episode of
“My KE-TO Happiness!

We’re talking everything Keto today! Its a question that I get allllll the time when I share that I eat ketogenically. First question is okay so what do you eat? What can you eat? If they’re interested to start.. what should I buy? Remember this is a high fat, moderate protein and low carb lifestyle.

TIP #1 you have to clean out all the fatttttyyyy things from your house! Do not have any temptation on hand if you’re household is on board with you thats amazing its so much easier! If you have kids that eat chips and cookies keep it in a cupboard thats closed so you don’t have to see it everyday! I would say get rid of all temptationnnnnnn

okay so now lets start!

-Lets start with the delicious veggies!
Frozen or fresh
-Broccoli
-Cauliflower – you can make cauliflower mash potatoes or cauli flower rice that I love
-Spinach I love spinach because you can use the fresh ones for smoothies and I loved to get the chopped frozen spinach to make a creamy spinach cheesy dish yum!!!
-Kale – another veggie I like to pour into my smoothies
-Zhuccini – sautéed with some butter is delicious or used to make a zucchini lasagna!
Eggplants – you can make little eggplant pizza bites or eggplant lasagna!
onions (moderate amount because its a little higher in carbs)
AVOCADO
Peppers
Asparagus I love asparagus sautéed with butter or roasted in the oven
Brussel sprouts
Cabbage you can use for a salad , or sautéed with some bacon yummmy!
Mushrooms
Celery
Lettuce
Cucumbers

FRUITS
Strawberries
blueberries
raspberries
blackberries

FATS/ OILS
Butter (preferably grass fed if you can) like the kerigold brand
Avocado oil
olive oil
MCT oil
Coconut oil
Sesamie Oil

DAIRY
Heavy Cream
Cream cheese
Eggs
Sour cream
Butter
Cheeses
Mayo
Sugar free greek yogurt

MEATS
Ground beef 80/20
Bacon
Chicken – chicken breast, chicken thighs, chicken wings
Ribeye steak
Chuck roast
Sausage
Pork loin
Pork chops
Salmon
Shrimp
Tuna
Pepperoni
Luncheon meats

Others:
-Almond FLour
Coconut FLour
Unsweetened Coconut flakes
Sugar free Cacao powder
Xanthan Gum
Baking powder
Dark chocolate baking chips

Sweeteners:
Stevia, Erythritol, Monk fruit, and Xylitol.

Dressings: Ranch dressing / avocado oil with lemon

Spices,
Seasonings
cinnamon, nutmeg
