Protein is the macronutrients that you should aim to hit or get close to.

Fat is a lever – use it to fill up on when hungry but try not to hit or go over this macro number.

Carbs are a hard ceiling – try not to pass this macro number.

Protein foods to eat: 6:34

One more time: DON’T be scared of low fat foods PROVIDING they have not replaced the lack of taste with carbs/sugar.
