Here is the video you’ve all been waiting for. In this video I will teach you my thought process of how I create a keto meal plan using Carb Manager. It’s important to point out that you need to keep your macro goals in mind when creating meals.

I like to plan ahead and either use a pen and paper to make a menu or go the tech route and use a food diary such as carb manager or myfitnesspal. Log every single thing you put into your mouth. This example meal plan is based off of a 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule where I begin eating at lunch.

By using Carb Manager you can plug and play different menu ideas and see how it will impact your macros. Don’t stack heavy fat meals on top of one another or it will slow your weight loss down. Having too much fat won’t kick you out of ketosis though. Also, stay at or below your carb goal and always make an effort to hit your protein goal. There’s nothing worse than being “skinny fat” or in other words, no muscle all jiggle!
