Here is the recipe for my electrolyte drink:
1 can of any flavor La Croix
1-2 T apple cider vinegar
1-2 T sole water
1/4-1/2 t. Lite salt or no salt
Add all of the ingredients to a 1 quart mason jar. Stir and enjoy!

The GKI – Glucose Ketone Index is used as a biomarker for tracking metabolic health.
To calculate your GKI : Divide your blood glucose by 18.
Divide that number by your ketone reading.
That number is your GKI.
So what does that number mean?
Anything above 9 means that your body has not transitioned into a fat burning state yet. Don’t worry… you will get there!
6-9 GKI is a low level of ketosis.
3-6 GKI is a moderate level of ketosis.
Less than 3 GKI is a high level of ketosis.
