Here is my take on this very popular soup. It’s hearty and perfect for cold weather.

Medium Portion
Serves 10
Cal: 311 | Total Carbs: 6.4g | Net Carbs: 4.3g | Fat: 25.5g | Protein: 15g | Fibre: 2.1g

Large Portion
Serves 6
Cal: 519 | Total Carbs: 10g | Net Carbs: 6.5g | Fat: 42g | Protein: 25g | Fibre: 3.5g

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lbs Italian Salami/Sausage
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 small Onion, diced
4 thick slices, Bacon, diced
6 cups Beef Stock
1 tbsp Italian Herbs, dried
5 oz Spinach
1 cup Heavy Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste, optional red chilli flakes.

I did think this recipe does not need salt. But it’s your choice…maybe have a taste first before adding.
