Recipes:

NUMBER 1: Shredded Chicken Chilli
One chicken breast
one tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of cream cheese (I.e Philadelphia)
season with salt and pepper
teaspoon of tomato paste
half a teaspoon of cumin
half a teaspoon of paprika
half a teaspoon of garlic paste or one clove
3-4 medium tomatoes
150ml of chicken stock

NUMBER 2: Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie
Chocolate protein powder or cocoa powder (1 scoop)
Half an Avocado
300ml of milk or double cream

NUMBER 3:
For the omelette
2 Eggs
50ml of milk
season with salt and pepper

For the Salsa:
3-5 medium tomatoes
third of a red onion
half a teaspoon of garlic paste or one clove
teaspoon of lime juice
