I came up with this yummy “bread” recipe after starting the keto diet and a few tries to get this perfect ratio of ingredients

Here is how to make it! 👇🏻

Whisk 8 whole eggs
Add in
2 cups of finely shredded cheddar
1/4 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups of almond meal
And a teaspoon of salt (or to taste)

Stir all ingredients till wet and well combined
And bake in a 325 degree F oven for 20-25 mins
To get this one inch thick bread bake in a 9”x9” pan lined with parchment paper. Cut into 4 quarters and halve like bread slices 🤗
