Isn’t coffee amazing? We absolutely LOVE Coffee specifically flat whites and bulletproof coffee. Every morning we have a special coffee routine that helps us stay productive for hours on end.

Our morning routine starts with a espresso flat white made with heavy whipping cream. Not normal milk. This is so that we can avoid carbs in the morning. We don’t follow a full keto diet or practice ketosis, but we’ve found that processed carbs and sugars are what causes us and others to gain weight. After our wonderful flat white we then make bullet proof coffee with grass fed butter, mct oil, (or xct oil, or coconut oil), and blend it all together. You’ll find out why we are so loving of coffee and fat in this video. These simple keto recipes are fully paleo
