Stuffed Shrimp Recipe – Stuffed Shrimp With Crabmeat – Keto Diet Recipes

This Stuffed Shrimp With Crabmeat is a an easy Seafood recipe that anyone can make. Not only is it delicious, but has a great presentation as well.

This Stuffed Shrimp Recipe is Keto Diet Friendly as how I made it. I substituted almond flour in place of bread crumbs.

The Classic Shreveport Creole Stuffed Shrimp Recipe was my inspiration, although this is not the same recipe. The link to that recipe is below.

Ingredients I used for my Stuffed Shrimp With Crabmeat:
* 15 Jumbo Shrimp
* 1 Pound Crabmeat
* 1/4 Cup Almond Flour or Breadcrumbs
* 1 1/4 Cup Chopped Peppers (I used jalapeno, red, orange and red
* 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions Or Shallots
* 3 Ribs Of Celery Chopped
* 1/4 Cup Parsley
* 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
* 1 Tbsp. Mustard
* 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
* 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
* 2 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning Or Seasoning Of your Choice

This is a recipe that doesn’t need to be exact. Make it your own. Add almond flour or bread crumbs as needed to bind Crabmeat mixture.
