Here’s another weekly video on my weight loss diet. This video is from Wednesday, October 14, 2020. It is week 9 of my weight loss journey.

I started my weight loss transformation on August 12, 2020 at 221 pounds. I’m in my mid-40s and only 5’3″ tall. So, I needed to lose 80 pounds.

I decided to follow a low carb diet. I would say it is a ketogenic diet, but instead of keto, it is more of an Atkins diet. That’s because I know it, and I have experience losing weight using it.

This week I got some blood work done. So in addition to my pounds lost and before and after photos, I’m going over my basic blood work.
