Hey you guys, here is my third week back on track in my weight loss journey 2018. This week i really felt the ups and downs of weightloss, i felt like it was abit of a roller coaster with my weight up and down.
My ultimate goal right now is to get under 200lbs for the new year and I am using the keto diet and intermittent fasting to get there. Which means I need to shed 3lbs per week 👍💪💪
