Dr. Keith initially lost 80 pounds (36kg) following a low-carb/high-fat (keto) diet. During that journey, he typically followed a 16:8 intermittent fasting routine.

After maintaining his weight loss for a year, he decided that he would like to lose an additional 20 pounds (9kg). We are chronicling his journey in this series and explaining how his weight loss strategies are changing to reach his new goal.
