Ingredients
Chicken wings
Coconut oil spray
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp bbq spice
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp chicken spice
1/2 tsp mixed herbs

Simply wash the chicken then pat dry then mix into the baking powder mixture. You can use a ziplock bag too. Then bake at 180C for 20 minutes turning it halfway.. Quick and easy meal. Eat with your fave low carb veggies and
