So another week has past, I’m ready to share with you my result of this weight loss journey. And I got some exciting news to share.
First, I got myself a new haircut! I did it all by myself.
Who knows I could pick up a new skill during this pandemic.

I’m currently preparing to combine both of my contents.
Mukbang and keto into Keto Mukbang, but how can I lose weight while I’m doing mukbang. I mean I used to eat a lot of food if you have checked out my previous mukbang videos. You’ll know! I don’t waste food.

2:00 Keto Weight Loss Update
Before we talk about how I’ll be going about my intermittent fasting. I’m going to share my weekly update of my weight loss journey.
So last week I did gained a bit of weight, like 0.3 lbs which added to 197.8 lbs. And this week… check out in the video. Hopefully not about keto rash.

3:06 What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. It does not say anything about which foods to eat, but rather when you should eat them.
No food is allowed during the fasting period, but you can drink water, coffee, tea and other beverages without calories.

4:03 What is autophagy?
It’s the most important part about intermittent fasting. It’s where the cell removes unnecessary or dysfunctional components, and rejuvenate better cells in the body.

5:15 What breaks a fast?
So anytime you’re consuming carbs, proteins, fats and calories, it will stop your autophagy which in a way it stops your intermittent fasting, technically. But fats will not kick you out of ketosis so in a way some suggest that it will not break you fast if you’re talking about your keto diet. I think that’s what they’re saying. I could be wrong. I’m not doctor or a guru. I’m just an ordinary person who’s trying to make sense out of this.

So like MCT oil, bullet proof coffee, creamers, and bone broth will stop your autophagy, but will not kick you out of ketosis.

5:56 What’s my diet plan next?
Starting this week, I’m going to make sure I keep the intermittent fasting with 6 hours eating window and 18 fasting. Let’s see how this will effect my weight loss. And hopefully, my keto rash will not come back this time.
