What I eat
– Chicken
– Pork
– Vegetables (be careful of sugary veg like sweetcorn and sweet potato)
– Eggs
– Milk
– Butter
– Peanuts /peanut butter
– Bacon
– Pepperoni
– Salami

There are also tons of low carb recipes for things like bread. The main ingredient that is common in these kinds of things is almond flour. As soon as I have some I will how you how I make it!
