Aguachile Verde Recipe | Mariscos Recipe | Spicy Mexican Shrimp | Jenny Martinez

This shrimp dish is definitely one of my favorite summer dishes and i promise it will be yours too now- Especially if you love spicy foods! My dad is an absolute pro when dealing with mariscos (seafood) he has taught me everything! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe, let me know if you try it out on my Instagram @HappyBelliesByJenny! Many people often eat this recipe a little more on the raw side, but personally I like this dish best when fully cooked, the choice is yours!

4 lbs shrimp, butterflied
2 large red/purple onions, thinly sliced
4 cucumbers
30 small green limes, divided
1 bunch cilantro
2 avocados (for topping)

Salsa Verde (Green Sauce):
1 bunch of cilantro
10-12 chile serranos
salt to taste
half of the lime juice
sprinkle of pepper (optional)
