Kebabs are traditionally cooked on skewers in a hot tandoor (that is Indian clay oven) over burned charcoal. But today I am sharing the recipe for beef kebabs with & without oven. I have mentioned two ways of cooking beef seekh kebab. Here I used minced beef/ beef kheema for making this kabab. You can mince it in your chopper at your home. I also did a smoking trick to make this kabab more flavourful.
