We were craving dessert today, so I made a vanilla mug cake in one minute! Of course, we were savage and made a homemade glaze and added strawberries 🍓

Ingredients:
Cake:
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp egg whites (or 1 natural egg)
Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract and dash of cinnamon

Directions: Microwave for 90 seconds!

Glaze:
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp heavy cream
½ tbsp sweetener

Nutrition for mug cake (without the glaze): Calories – 238, Fat – 22g, Protein – 9g, Net Carbs: 4g

Nutrition for mug cake AND glaze: Calories – 341, Fat – 32g, Protein – 11g, Net Carbs: 4g
