I have been planning this recipe forever and finally it’s time: this is a collaboration with Kalie from Hungry Elephant to celebrate her move to Ireland and amazing addition she makes to the European Keto Community (all all the Kerrygold she’ll be able to get!). She developed this recipe which I’ve been tempted to try forever and its beyond words delicious. Also cause Japanese Cheesecakes actually don’t come with crust anyway this is pure delicious fattiness, look at those macros: 88% fat, the perfect keto fat bomb!
