Ingredients for the marinade:

3-4 cloves of garlic
2 inch cube of ginger
3-4 green chillies (less or more depending on how hot you can handle)
30 ml greek yoghurt
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cayenne pepper
juice of fresh lemon
30 ml olive oil

Other ingredients:

400 gms of boneless diced lamb (bite sized pieces)
15-20 cubes of red onion
15-20 cubes of red peppers
15-20 cubes of yellow pepper (use green if you prefer)

Ingredients for mint and yoghurt dip:

20-25 fresh mint leaves
1 clove of garlic
40 gms greek yoghurt
salt to tase

Method for kebabs:

Blend ginger, garlic, green chilli and yoghurt. Add the blend to a mixing bowl.
Add all other ingredients for the marinade and mix it well, make sure it forms a smooth paste.
Add diced lamb and onion and pepperd and mix very well with the spice paste. Let the marinated lamb sit in fridge for atleast 4 hours (overnight is even better)
Assemble the lamb pieces and onions and peppers in bbq skewers and grill in the barbeque for around 20-25 mins (each side 9-10 mins).

Method for dip:
Blend all the ingredients and you dip is ready. Easy:)
