Almond flour naan:

Ingredients:

30 gms almond flour

1 tsp psyllium husk

20 gms cream cheese at room temperature

20 gms mozzarella

¼ tsp baking powder

Salt to taste

Pinch of carom seeds (its alright if you do not have)

¼ tsp cayenne pepper powder

½ tsp chopped garlic

Method:

Mix everything together thoroughly and form nice and smooth dough. Let it sit for 10 mins.

Roll the dough into any shape and size of your choice.

Heat the pan with some ghee or oil and gently place the naan.

Oil the naan with all sides and throw chopped garlic on the top.

Let cook for 3-4 mins (or until crispy and golden brown) and turn it gently.

Cook for another 3-4 minutes and you are done.

Coconut Flour Naan:

Ingredients:

20 gms coconut flour

1 tsp psyllium husk

20 gms cream cheese at room temperature

35 gms mozzarella

¼ tsp baking powder

Salt to taste

Pinch of carom seeds

¼ tsp cayenne pepper powder

½ tsp chopped garlic

Around 30 ml of warm water (more or less depending how your dough comes out while rolling)

Method:

Mix everything together thoroughly and form nice and smooth dough. You will need to add aroud 25-30 ml of warm water to make it form a dough. I suggest adding less water first, mix it well and add more only if needed.

Let it sit for 10 mins.

Roll the dough into any shape and size of your choice.

Heat the pan with some ghee or oil and gently place the naan.

Oil the naan with all sides and throw chopped garlic on the top.

Let cook for 3-4 mins (or until crispy and golden brown) and turn is gently.

Cook for another 3-4 minutes and you are done.
