Best Keto Recipes I Deep Fried Keto Tandoori Chicken Meatballs I Low Carb Tandoori Meatballs


500 gms Chicken Mince
Salt to taste
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 tsp freshly grated garlic
3-4 Asian green chillies – chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
15 gms greek yoghurt
1 large egg
3 tsps coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/3 tsp garam masala
1/3 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsps kashmiri red chili powder
1/3 tsp dried fenugreek powder
5 tsps psyllium husk
handful of chopped coriander
Oil for deep frying


Mix everything (except psyllium husk) with the minced chicken really well and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for around 2 hours.
After 2 hours, add psyllium husk to the mince and give it a good mix.
Now make some balls out of the mince and deep fry them on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. You are all set 🙂
