Best Keto Recipes I Keto Crispy Cinnamon Vanilla Balls I Low Carb Sugarfree Sweet Balls

Ingredients:

120 gms almond flour
170 gms mozzarella cheese
80 gms cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tsp cinnamon powder
Sweetener to taste – I used 5 tsps of powdered stevia but I suggest tasting your dough before cooking (you can always add more later if needed)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
Oil or Ghee for frying

Method:

Add almond flour, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 40-50 secs.
Now add the rest of the ingredients to that and keep mixing until you form a nice and smooth dough.
Make a big ball out of this dough and keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
Now make some small balls out of the dough and shallow fry them in hot oil/ghee on medium heat for roughly 2 mins each side. These balls tend to get golden brown really quick so keep changing sides (or turn them upside down) to make sure they are golden from all sides.
Once they are golden brown from all sides, take them out of the pan and they are ready to be enjoyed:)
