Best Keto Recipes I Low Carb Black Pepper/ Kalimirch Chicken

Ingredients:

140 gms of butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
1.5 tsp freshly grated garlic
2 chicken marylands (without the skin) cut into pieces
Salt to taste
2 tsp black pepper powder
40 gms greek yoghurt
dollop of heavy cream

Method:

Melt 40 gms butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add ginger and garlic and saute it till it starts turning golden.
Add chicken pieces and saute them for 3-4 minutes or until they have changed colour.
Add salt and black pepper powder and mix it well. Let cook for 2 minutes.
Add greek yoghurt and mix well, let cook for 5-8 minutes.
Reduce the flame, cover the lid and cook the chicken for 20-25 minutes.
Add remaining 100 gms of butter and let that melt.
Add that dollop of heavy cream to your heavenly kalimirch chicken and you are all set 🙂
