Hi Everyone! We are ready to kick this week off with a delicious, easy recipe that will have you out of the kitchen in less than thirty minutes!

One of the many reasons we love this recipe, is because of its simplicity. We are big believers that just because something is quick and easy to make, that certainly doesn’t mean it has to lack in flavor!

When making this recipe for myself, I prefer to add a little more cayenne to really turn up the heat, so don’t hesitate to season it to your liking!

Ingredients:
1-2 pounds shrimp (the sauce makes plenty for 2 lbs)
1 stick butter (8 Tbsp)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh garlic (minced)
1/4-1/2 tsp Cayenne
1/4-1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
Zest from 1 Lemon
1 Lemon sliced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add parsley, cayenne and sweet paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat and add the lemon zest from one lemon and give it a stir.

In a baking dish, arrange the uncooked shrimp so they are not overlapping. Place the lemon slices in between the lemon. Pour the butter sauce over the shrimp and you’re ready to put it in the oven.

Roast for about 12 minutes and dinner is served!

Prepare your favorite vegetables for a side and your dinner is complete!
