This brownie is very special. The cream cheese half of these brownies complimented the overall flavour so much. It was a lot having a brownie with ice cream on top. It was creamy, it tasted sweet, and had the richest chocolatey taste complimented by shredded coconut and roasted pecans.
Yes, this recipe does contain a lot of ingredients. But trust it, it’s worth every single ingredient. Even if it’s too much for you right now, you have to favorite this to bookmark it for a crazy weekend in the kitchen 🙂

1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
6 tbsp. dutched cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp. truvia
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. butter, melted
⅓ cup confectioners swerve
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp coconut extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
