This video shows you how to make coconut shrimp.This coconut shrimp recipe is keto friendly, low carb and very easy to make.
1/8 cup coconut flour
1/8 cup pork rinds
1/8 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tsp creole seasoning
in a container mix your coconut flour, pork rinds, coconut flakes and 2 tsp of creole seasoning together and in another bowl beat your egg. Take your shrimp and season with the rest of your creole seasoning. Dip each shrimp in the egg with one hand and then with your other hand dip the shrimp in your breading. Once all the shrimp is seasoning you can add to your air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 mins flipping half way through checking after 7 mins.
