Creamy Shrimp Soup Recipe | Keto low carb with Macro count

Here’s what you’ll need:

4 cups of broth
4 cups water
1 bunch cilantro
1 medium onion
1 large zucchini
2 jalapeños
6 cloves of garlic
10 tbsp Butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Chili paste (optional)
Riced Cauliflower (frozen)
8 oz White mushrooms
Raw Shrimp ( I used about 16-20 oz)
1/4 cup Italian Blend cheese

Heat the butter and add your veggies one by one in the order that they take to cook. Then we’ll add our seasonings.

Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1.5 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Allspice
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes

Once that’s all mixed together I add most of the cilantro, leave a little as a fresh garnish. I also mix in 1/2 tsp of Chili Paste.

Next, we’ll add our liquids. I use 4 cups of beef broth, but any broth works. Once the broth is in, turn up the heat to medium-high and add in your frozen Riced Cauliflower and follow with 4 cups of water.

Leave everything to cook together for a couple minutes until the veggies are tender but not overcooked.

Once they are ready, add the shrimp. Shrimp only takes about 2 minutes to cook.

Finally, add in 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream. Let this heat up, then it’s ready to serve.

Top with some fresh cilantro and some cheese.
