– Nanami 7-Spice Togarashi – c

β–Ί Ingredients:
– 1 tbsp Nanami 7-Spice Togarashi
– 1 lb Ground Beef
– 1 cup Pre Cut Green Beans
– 1 bag of Steamable Cauliflower Rice
– 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
– 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

β–Ί Steps:
0:00 – Intro
0:02 – Cook cauliflower rice in the microwave
0:07 – Add coconut oil to medium skillet offer medium-high heat
0:09 – Add 1 lb of ground beef to skillet
0:11 – Cook until ground beef is brown and no pink is visible
0:13 – Drain the grease from the pan
0:18 Add the beef back to the skillet
0:21 – Add 1tbsp Nanami Togarashi over ground beef
0:26 – Mix it all up
0:28 – Add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the skillet and mix
0:34 – Add 1 cup of green beans to the skillet and mix it together
