Arby’s Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup sugar free ketchup
1/2 cup sweetener (I used golden Lakanto)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together. Chill before use and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Macros: 1 teaspoon(depending on ketchup used)
1 Net carb

Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cream cheese (2 ounces)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup cheese

Directions:
Melt butter over medium/high heat. Add cream cheese and whisk together. Slowly start stirring in the heavy cream while whisking. Bring to a low boil. Add your cheese and continue to whisk until smooth. Let simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.

Reheating:
When reheating, the butter will separate from the cheese. Make sure to whisk well to incorporate ingredients back together.

Macros: Per tablespoon
Fat: 5
Protein: 2
Calories: 51
Net Carbs: 0 (however if doing 2 tablespoons, net carbs are 1)
