My Keto Beef and Broccoli that is low carb, quick and easy to make!
1.5lb Flank Steak, cut in to into strips across the grain.
4 Cups Broccoli
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce ( )
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Minced Ginger
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil ( )
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Water
Salt and Black Pepper
1/3 Cup Beef Stock (Or water + bouillon base)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce ( )
1 Tbsp Dry Vermouth or Sherry ( )
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil ( )
1 Tsp Brown Sugar Alternative ( )
1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum ( )
Cut Flank steak into 1/4in thick strips across the grain. Add salt, pepper and 1tbsp Soy Sauce, mix and let marinade while you make the sauce.
Combine all sauce ingredients and mix in blender or processor till combined.
In a large pan, add 2 Tbsp coconut oil till heated, add beef and cook util browned. During the end of the browning add 1 Tbsp garlic and 1 Tsp Ginger. Remove meat and set aside.
Add 2 tbsp butter, 4 cups broccoli, 2 Tbsp water and cook until broccoli starts to turn bright green. Add sauce mix and beef, stir and simmer until sauce starts to thicken.
Top with green onion, extra soy and sriracha!
