Keto Collard Greens – The BEST Low Carb Southern Side Recipe

Collard Greens are a way of life here in South Carolina. They are also the Perfect keto side. They are extremely low in carbs and super high in important nutrients. I LOVE collard greens. I have spent years perfecting this recipe and, to me, it is perfect. If you love Southern cooking, you’ll love this recipe.

► Ingredients:
3 bunches of collard greens
1/2 lb bacon
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
dry red wine (cabernet)
salt and pepper
