Delicious Keto Fried Chicken Recipe:
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups keto bread crumbs
1 serving peanut or olive oil for frying
4 lbs skin-on chicken, chicken drumstick, thigh, and breast pieces.
– Season the chicken with salt and pepper after patting it dry.
– Eggs and cream should be whisked together in a bowl.
– Separately, whisk together the keto bread crumbs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan cheese.
– Once the pieces of chicken are coated with egg/cream mixture, dip them in breadcrumb mixture.
– The process should be repeated until all chicken is coated.
– Using a deep pan or pot, add one inch of peanut or olive oil.
– When the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and the chicken internal temperature reaches 165°C.
