How to Make Keto Friendly Sesame Beef and Broccoli Wraps with Mission Low Carb Soft Taco Flour Tortillas

8 Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Flour Tortillas: /
1 1/2 lbs. Sirloin steak, thinly sliced
3 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
4 tbsp Sesame paste
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh ginger, minced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Canola oil
4 cups Broccoli florets, small
4 Green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp pepper
1/3 cup water
Whisk together soy sauce, 1/3 cup water, sesame paste, sesame oil, ginger and garlic; set aside.
Heat oil in wok or large skillet set over high heat. Cook beef and broccoli, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is browned and broccoli is slightly softened. Stir in green onions and pepper and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
Stir in soy sauce mixture and bring to boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until beef is cooked, broccoli is tender-crisp and sauce is thickened.
Spoon beef mixture evenly onto tortillas, leaving 1-inch border all around. Fold up bottom of each tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and starting from bottom, roll up tightly.
