Recipe:
Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin:

1lb Pork Tenderloin, 2” Cubes (Marinate for 2-3 days)
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 qt. Pineapple Juice
1-2 tbsp Pepper Corn
2-3 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
1 large Cut Onion
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Sweet Heat Shrimp:

Med-Large Shrimp
Jerk (Cajun) Seasoning
Clarified Butter
Frank’s Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce

Tip: Remember, shrimp cooks really fast! Just 2 minutes or so at about 250 degrees.
