1 tbs. Heavy cream
1/2 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen
1/2 scoop Perfect Keto MCT Powder
1/2 scoop Perfect Keto Base
Large cup of brew coffee

-What I used
1 onion
1 whole garlic
2 sticks of celery
1 cup of cauliflower rice
1.5 lbs. ground pork
1 lbs. ground beef
1 tbs. salt
1 tbs. pepper
2 packs of instant beef bone broth
3 eggs
